My favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie

I am always looking for "My Favorite" recipe for everything. I have a solid chocolate cupcake recipe and a great vanilla. I also have my to die for cheesecake, the best banana bread, and the most moist and delicious brownie ever. Which is awesome, I have quite the arsenal of recipes, but I haven't found a chocolate chip cookie recipe that I love. I found tons of recipes that end up flat, too crisp, or just to heavy. I just tried out the recipe from Cupcakes and Cashmere's book and found that this just might be my "favorite". Soft on the inside, crisp on this inside, and perfectly sweet. Love them. Definitely try out this version and they just might make it to you "favorite" list too!!
